Stepping into Visibility
I spent my whole life healing self-worth wounds so that when I finally stepped into power, I would be able to hold it. I put in the work, and now it was time for me to be seen in the most authentic and sincere way.
I have a spiritual gift that allows me to receive knowledge through Tarot, and I can see secrets that people want to stay hidden and the future as it’s being written. This gift was my inheritance, and although I knew I was chosen for this work, it didn’t change the fear I carried of being misunderstood.
I come from private people, and we don’t really like the spotlight. For generations, we sat in the back of the classroom and abandoned our gifts to play by their rules. In this life, though, my name was called for me to come to the front of the class. As I walked slowly with all eyes on me, I remembered that I am the blessing my ancestors waited generations for, so I hold my head up high and stand ready to let my voice be heard.
You won’t find me on social media giving “Collective Readings.” That’s not my ministry; it just seems too artificial to me. I wanted to posture myself differently and bring respect to the craft in a professional and responsible way. Social media introduced many ways of connecting with people that we never imagined possible, and with that came the vultures looking for a quick buck.
In this Age, with Pluto, the planet of death, rebirth, and transformation, in the Zodiac sign of Aquarius, the sign of authenticity, innovation, and the collective, only the real can survive. Pluto exposes the illusion and peels back the layers for us to see the truth and rebalance the scales of power. I will say that social media has helped to raise our consciousness on a collective level, and we are rediscovering our spirituality and what that means for our lives.
For me, I’ve learned what it means to be in alignment, for that is where your blessings flow and things work out the way they are supposed to. It was time for my external life to reflect my internal world, so I started working on a plan to escape my 9 to 5 and create the life that fully aligned with who I was.
After I completed my life coach certification, I started building my website, trying to create something that not only reflected my personality but would also become a safe space for my clients. I knew the people who needed me would find me, and financially, I would be provided for, but it was my friends and family who were going to think I went bat shit crazy.
I decided not to tell them my plans to quit my job. I would move in silence and follow the guidance from my ancestors and my higher self. Everything is going to work out, and in due time, I wasn’t going to look crazy for too long.
